End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TraderComp, you agree to this EULA. If not, don’t use the app.

2. License

You get a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or internal business use.

You may NOT:
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or copy the app
• Resell or sublicense it
• Use it for illegal/unauthorized purposes

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Auto-renewing subscriptions may apply:
• Apple charges your Apple ID
• Renewal unless cancelled 24h before period ends
• Manage/cancel via Apple settings

No refunds for unused time.

4. No Financial Advice

TraderComp gives no investment advice. All content is for info only. You’re responsible for your own decisions.

5. Privacy

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy (see privacy page in-app or on site).

6. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your access anytime if you violate terms. You must uninstall the app after termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for direct or indirect damages from using the app, as far as the law allows.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
